Lord of the Universe Society (L.O.T.U.S.) was incorporated on November 2, 1989 with the following defined in its By-Laws:
- To impart human values and spiritual ideals by organizing;
- a) regular devotional services at the Healing Stone in Wahiawa;
- b) devotional music and religious discourses.
- To foster cultural activities in accord with the goals of L.O.T.U.S.
- Organize discourses on aspects of spiritual scriptures.
- Preserve, maintain and improve the site. Site shall refer to the historic Healing Stone of Wahiawa.
