2021 Year End Update and Fund Raising Campaign

Dear Friends,
This is a final communication for the year from your LOTUS leadership.

The pooja at the Temple on December 19th went off well.  With the help of some visitors (past residents of Oahu visiting us after almost 20 years), we did some cleaning of the Temple grounds.  We do hope to continue a regular temple cleaning program in the new year.

As to the consideration for the year end fundraiser, we have gotten dedicated donations to the amount of $1751.  It would be really great in this last week if with the help of you, the community we are able to reach our goal of $5000.  As mentioned earlier, one of our targeted areas of support would be the Lanikila Meals on Wheels.  Please do look at our Website for the supported organizations in 2021 which included Aloha Harvest, KauKau4Keiki Program and Kokua Kalihi Valley Health Center and its family outreach.  We also hope to use some of these funds to support some of the over due repairs and upkeep at the temple site.
